Only use carpet cleaner solution or bissel solution nothing else no dish soap no laundry detergent.
I can provide a solution for 5$ extra for upto 4 full cleans.
Its recommended that you clean twice for best results
Do not throw away the empty bottle of solution I refill the same bottle.
After use, put water in an empty bowl run the machine on it so that the pipe cleans.
